I am a clinical social worker providing psychotherapy services to adults, adolescents, couples, and families. I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Dance from Muhlenberg College. After graduating, I spent five years working in the music and fitness marketing industries until realizing that my interests were less in sales and more focused on learning about clients’ experiences and finding strategic ways to help enhance their mental and physical health and wellness. At that point, I realized it was time for a change and decided to pursue a master’s degree in social work from Fordham University. I am currently a post-master’s candidate for the graduating class of 2024 at the Florida Psychoanalytic Center. I have experience providing psychotherapy in both a high school and private practice setting, and I see clients in person and through HIPAA-compliant Telehealth platforms.
I strive to provide clients with personalized, individualized, and goal-oriented therapy treatment. I use a blend of modalities and interventions to help clients feel centered, balanced, and in control. As a former athlete and dancer, I understand the importance of the mind-body connection. I bring this somatic treatment into my clinical work - helping clients integrate their physical and emotional experiences. Overall, I am passionate about helping clients harness their strengths and resourcefulness to ultimately develop confidence and understanding in themselves and their ability to heal.
